User Network and Services Support (UNSS) II

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Information Technology (IT) User Network & Services (UNS) supplies and maintains all deskside (including phone) technology, provides workstation software standardization and security management, inventories data- processing equipment, conducts annual certification of assets, provides IT Service Desk's the single point of contact for reporting IT issues, and provides services for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses utilizing NAICS code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services), SIN 54151S (IT Professional Services). The IRS encourages a comprehensive solution to meet the requirements as stated in the PWS. The resulting BPA will allow for orders on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Labor-Hours (L-H) only designated by CLIN. Questions submitted regrading this solicitation will be responded to at the discretion of the Government. Quoters shall submit the quote volumes for Phase I via email no later than July 17, 2023 at 5:00PM EST.
