Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Research and Development (ORD) is seeking contractors to provide Risk Management and Ecological Exposure Research Support Services (RMEERS III). The goal of this contract is to support the EPA's mission in conducting research, development, and evaluation studies related to environmental protection and management. This contract aims to enhance the agency's capabilities in risk management and ecological exposure assessments.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
- Furnishing personnel with appropriate qualifications for various labor categories.
- Developing and adhering to a Quality Assurance (QA) plan.
- Preparing and delivering reports including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals as specified in Attachment 3.
- Responding to Requests for Offers (RFOs) within specified timeframes with detailed technical and price proposals.
- Conducting work under task orders issued on a firm-fixed-price or time-and-material basis.
- Ensuring compliance with EPA regulations regarding travel, training, and contractor access to EPA computers.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will extend from the effective date of award through seven years, with an additional twelve months allowed for completion of all orders inclusive of required reports.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency facility located at 26 West Martin Luther King Drive, Mail Code: W136, Cincinnati OH 45268-0001.
