Description

The purpose of this Notice of Availability (NOA) is to publicize commercial aerospace development opportunities at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Glenn Research Center (GRC), Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio (see Figures 1 and 2). This notice is issued by NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio which has responsibility for the management of these facilities.

NASA is seeking tenants interested in developing commercial aerospace capabilities at GRC. NASA may engage in discussions with any respondent based upon the information submitted in response to this NOA. In accordance with the GRC Master Plan, the uses that NASA will consider under this NOA are described in this document.

Background
The purpose of this Notice of Availability (NOA) is to publicize commercial aerospace development opportunities at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Glenn Research Center (GRC), Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio. NASA is seeking tenants interested in developing commercial aerospace capabilities at GRC. The uses that NASA will consider under this NOA are described in the document.

Work Details
The Cryogenics Components Lab Complex at Armstrong Test Facility NASA Glenn Research Center is available for use. It includes the area referred to as the Cryogenics Components Lab (CCL) and its surrounding 44 acres of non-excess land. The CCL facility is a state-of-the-art complex of buildings and systems for research, development, and qualification of cryogenic materials, components, and systems.
ATF is a remote facility encompassing over 6,400 acres of controlled land. The CCL facility is located on 44 acres of land that is available for exclusive use. Supporting infrastructure services such as utilities, minor construction, shipping/receiving, mail service or operations and maintenance above base level services are available as needed with reimbursement by the tenant under a separate services agreement.

Period of Performance
The geographic location where the contract will be performed is at the Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio.
