The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office Safety Security Protection (OSSP) is seeking industry information to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to install Avigilon video surveillance equipment, mounting hardware, poles and any additional materials necessary for both interior and exterior deployment.

Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office Safety Security Protection (OSSP) is seeking industry information to identify contractors capable of installing Avigilon video surveillance equipment, including mounting hardware, poles, and other necessary materials for both interior and exterior deployment.

The goal of this contract is to enhance security through the installation of a comprehensive video surveillance system.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the installation of Avigilon video surveillance equipment at specified locations within the Whitten Building. This includes:
- Installation of 3 fixed camera locations:
- 1st Floor Offices – 2 cameras in Whitten Visitor Center 103A
- 5th Floor Roof Access Door – 1 camera at location 507A

- Installation of 7 four-way exterior camera locations:
- 1 camera in the East Wing Jefferson Lawn
- 1 camera in the West Wing Jefferson Lawn
- 5 cameras on the Whitten Apron

- Installation of 2 PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras at the Whitten entrance. The contractor must ensure that all installations comply with security requirements and standards set forth by the USDA.
