This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. Was there an incumbent for this contract? If so, could you please provide the contract number and value?
   • Yes, there is a current contract, and that number is 1282A719C0027. Total amount was $107,280.75 for base and all option years.
2. Is it possible to get access to the last inspection reports completed for each facility?
   • Attached are the latest inspection reports in Excel.
3. Are the exhaust fans located on the roof of the facility? If not, could you please specify their locations?
   • Yes, they are located on the roof - see attached photos.
4. Is it possible to get actual pictures of the hoods that will need to be serviced?
   • See attached photos.
5. Can a site visit be arranged to better understand the scope of work?
   • No site visits will be held.
