USDA RD Financial and Business Support Services

The Department of Agriculture, Rural Development has a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement for Financial and Business Support Services. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.4, and solicits Small Businesses, General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) schedule contractors on the Professional Services - Business Administrative Services Schedule 541611 for Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. You are hereby invited to submit a bid package in accordance with the instructions in Attachment A - Instructions to Offerors; Evaluation Criteria/Methodology and Basis for Award. Proposed pricing is to be submitted in accordance with the approved rates from your GSA Schedule contract and any discounts you would like to provide. All terms and conditions of your GSA Contract shall apply to the resultant BPA. Note: There is no funding obligated to the BPA itself. Approved funding is obligated when the call order is executed. Additionally, in response to this RFQ, it is the contractor's full responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete, and accurate information throughout all elements of their quotation.
