USDA/ Mail and Reproduction Management Division Paper Supply Services

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has a requirement to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (FAR Part 8.405-3) for a paper supply order for the Office of Operations (OO), Mail and Reproduction Management Division (MRMD), Copier and Duplicating Services (CDS) Branch. One (1) Firm Fixed Price Awarded will be issued. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Please review the attached documents. The Pricing Schedule shall be submitted in excel format. All questions shall be submitted in writing to sherida.hardy@usda.gov by Monday, December 18, 2023 by 12 noon ET (Eastern Time). The Q&A list will be posted to the RFQ within 48 hours after the questions due date and time. Offerors shall use the subject line in their email: USDA Questions Paper Supply Services 12314424Q0023. The government reserves the right not to provide a response for any Offeror questions/clarification received after the date and time listed above. The proposal shall be submitted with three parts (Technical Proposal, Price Proposal, Past Performance Questionnaire). The Pricing Schedule shall be submitted in excel format (see attachment). All proposals will be due by 2:00 pm EST Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
