Background
The U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigation Program aims to enhance the capabilities of its duty vehicles by upfitting them according to established National Standards and Specifications.
This initiative is part of the USDA Forest Service's mission to support Federal Government Law Enforcement activities, particularly through the Central Ordering Office for the Law Enforcement & Investigation National Fleet in the Continental United States.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for upfitting various types of duty vehicles, which includes providing all necessary parts and materials.
The work involves picking up the duty vehicles from multiple National Forest locations and returning them to designated delivery addresses after completion.
The upfitting must comply with Forest Service Law Enforcement National Standards and Specifications.
Specific requirements include:
- Free On Board (FOB) Destination Pricing.
- Completion of RFQ ATTACHMENT 1, 'Schedule of Items,' with proposed pricing.
- Delivery of upfitted vehicles no later than 120 days from contract award or notice to proceed.
- Adherence to quality control and inspection requirements as specified in RFQ ATTACHMENT 2, 'Statement of Work,' and RFQ ATTACHMENT 3, 'LEI Marking and Decals.'

Place of Performance
The work will take place at the contractor's determined location, with vehicles being picked up from various National Forest locations and returned to specified Forest Service delivery addresses.
