USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigation Region 13 Zone 2 Patrol Veh UPFIT

Background
The U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigation Program is seeking to upfit various types of duty vehicles to meet Forest Service Law Enforcement National Standards and Specifications. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of law enforcement vehicles used in federal government activities.

The USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement Region 13 Zone 2 is responsible for managing this procurement, which includes the pick-up and delivery of vehicles from various National Forest locations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the upfitting of 8 patrol vehicles, which includes providing all necessary parts and materials. The upfitting process will occur at a location determined by the contractor, and once completed, the vehicles must be returned to a specified Forest Service delivery address by a mandatory delivery date.

The anticipated delivery date for the upfitted law enforcement duty vehicles is no later than 120 days from the date of award or notice to proceed. The contractor must ensure that all work conforms to USDA Forest Service specifications and standards. Additionally, Free On Board (FOB) Destination Pricing is required unless otherwise specified in the contract. Offerors must complete RFQ ATTACHMENT 1, 'Schedule of Items,' with proposed pricing for all items and quantities listed.
