Background
The U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations for Region 13 Zone 9 is seeking to upfit two marked patrol vehicles. The agency's mission includes supporting Federal Government Law Enforcement activities. The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of their law enforcement fleet by ensuring vehicles meet specific national standards and specifications.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following:
- Upfitting two marked patrol vehicles according to USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement National Standards and Specifications.
- Providing all necessary parts and materials for the upfitting process.
- Picking up the duty vehicles from various National Forest locations and returning them to a designated Forest Service delivery address upon completion of work.
- The anticipated delivery date for the upfitted vehicles is no later than 120 days from the date of award or notice to proceed.
- The contractor must ensure that all work complies with quality control standards and inspection requirements as outlined in RFQ ATTACHMENT 2, 'Statement of Work,' and RFQ ATTACHMENT 3, 'LEI Marking and Decals.'

Period of Performance
The effective period of the proposed contract will be 120 days from Contract Award Date.

Place of Performance
The vehicles will be delivered to various National Forest locations as specified in RFQ ATTACHMENT 1, 'Schedule of Items.'
