USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations Patrol Vehicle Upfit Ford Exp Max K9

Background
The U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations Program is seeking to upfit a Specialty K9 Patrol Vehicle for Region 13 Zone 9. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of law enforcement vehicles used in support of Federal Government Law Enforcement activities.

The USDA Forest Service serves as the Central Ordering Office for the Law Enforcement & Investigation National Fleet in the Continental United States.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the upfitting of 1 Specialty K9 Patrol Vehicle, specifically a Ford Expedition Max K9. Responsibilities include:
- Picking up the vehicle from various National Forest locations.
- Providing all necessary parts and materials for the upfitting process.
- Completing the upfitting at a contractor-determined location.
- Returning the vehicle to a specified Forest Service delivery address by a predetermined mandatory delivery date.

The work must conform to USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement National Standards and Specifications, with detailed requirements outlined in RFQ ATTACHMENT 2, 'Statement of Work,' and RFQ ATTACHMENT 3, 'LEI Marking and Decals.'

Period of Performance
The anticipated delivery date of the upfitted vehicle will be no later than 120 days from the date of award or notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The vehicle will be delivered to various locations as specified in RFQ ATTACHMENT 1, 'Schedule of Items.'
