Amendment 01 - This amendment changes the question submittal date from 12 December 2023 to 17 January 2024. The RFQ has been uploaded with Amendment 01 incorporated into the Terms and Conditions. All offerors shall sign and return the SF30 for Amendment 01 with their offer.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Pacific West Area (PWA) Western Regional Research Center has a requirement for a base award of crack filling asphalt, an option for seal coating asphalt, and an option to re-stripe parking stalls at ALARC 21881 N Cardon Lane Maricopa, AZ. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract.

The requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 237310 with a size standard of $45M.

Background

The Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete the crack filling asphalt, seal coating asphalt, and re-striping parking stalls at ALARC 21881 N Cardon Lane in Maricopa, AZ. The work includes crack filling all asphalt cracks over ΒΌ inch, seal coating all asphalt areas, and re-striping approximately 185 parking lot stalls to match existing pattern with 2 coats of white traffic paint. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings, and specifications contained in the document.
