USDA AMS NOP TOPP SaaS RFQ

The National Organic Program (NOP) requires the purchase of a subscription-based SaaS survey platform to administer its programs and gather feedback from its stakeholders and program participants. The software will support NOP in managing the Transition to Organic Partnership Program's (TOPP) as well as regular program operations. TOPP is establishing a national set of services to help transitioning and recently transitioned producers who face technical, cultural, and market shifts during the transition period and the first few years of organic certification. The objective is to procure access to a software tool that will enable data and information collection and reporting to help people sign up for services, report on their experiences, and provide information to enable their participation in programs.
