NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with the Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc. dba SANS Institute ( SANS ).

The SANS Institute will provide instructor (s) and combined training

consisting of eight (8) of their Commercial of the Shelf Training (COTS-T)

courses along with five (5) Certifications (See below). COTS-T courses

shall run consecutively during the 19 weeks, 4 days AOC-A Functional

course.

The NAICS code is 611420 - Computer Training. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.501 Only one source reasonably available, exclusive licensing agreements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 26 April 2024, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
