USCIS Records Operations Support Services (ROSS)   2

The purpose of this contract is to support the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services' (USCIS), Immigration Records and Identify Services (IRIS) Directorate through comprehensive contractor records operation support services. The contractor will provide correspondence operations, file operations, scanning and digitization of files/documents, and transportation of files/documents for the National Records Center (NRC), NRC Extension Site-1 (NRC ES-1), Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF) and other current or future storage facilities. This contractor support is imperative to the USCIS mission as it aids in providing trusted and timely immigration, employment, and identity information for immigration applicants.
