Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this solicitation for unplanned drydock repairs for the USCGC Sequoia (WLB 215). The mission of the USCG is to ensure the safety and security of the nation's waterways. This contract aims to maintain the operational readiness of the vessel through necessary repairs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing unplanned drydock repairs on the USCGC Sequoia. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Providing a Statement of Coverage from current insurance carrier.
2. Listing all subcontractors intended for use in relation to the contract line item numbers (CLINs).
3. Submitting all technical representative certifications for both prime and subcontractors as specified in the specifications.
4. Acknowledging compliance with Section 889 regarding telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment.
5. Evaluating past performance by identifying at least two but no more than four relevant contracts performed in the last three years, with submission on Attachment 3 - Past Performance Information Form.
6. Completing Attachment 1 with prices for all CLINs, including detailed breakdowns of labor costs, materials, subcontracts, equipment, and other direct costs.
7. Providing a listing of subcontractors with identification details and small business status, along with a brief description of services or supplies provided by each subcontractor and their proposed prices.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor's shipyard.
