Background
The solicitation is for a requirements contract for dry dock repairs of the United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) MIDGETT (WMSL 757). The work will be performed at the Contractor’s certified dry dock facility. The ordering period of this contract will be from the date of award through 30 December 24.
The first task order’s period of performance is from 21 August 2024 through 19 November 2024.

Work Details
The work shall include all ship maintenance, repair, and associated support work as required to repair CGC MIDGETT, to be specified via task order. The Contractor shall furnish a price breakdown directly to the Contracting Officer of any proposal submitted for additional work. The Contractor shall have all licenses and permits required by Federal, state, and local laws to perform hazardous substance(s) removal or disposal services.

Period of Performance
The ordering period of this contract will be from the date of award through 30 December 24. The first task order’s period of performance is from 21 August 2024 through 19 November 2024.

Place of Performance
All work under this contract will be performed at the Contractor’s provided dry-dock facility which has been certified per SFLC Standard Specification 8634, Jan 2009.
