USCGC Greenbrier Drydock Repairs FY27

Background
The U.S. Coast Guard is issuing this Request For Quote (RFQ) for the Fiscal Year Quarter 1 of Fiscal Year 2027 for drydock repairs of the USCGC GREENBRIER (WLR 75501) and USCG Barge (CGB 13077), which are home ported in Natchez, MS.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the vessels are maintained and repaired in accordance with specified requirements to support the operational readiness of the Coast Guard.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing drydock repairs as outlined in the attached specifications (Attachment 2 – Work Specification Rev-0). This includes but is not limited to:
- Comprehensive inspection and maintenance of hull integrity.
- Repairing or replacing damaged components as specified.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all repair activities.
- Providing necessary documentation and reports on work performed.
- Coordination with Coast Guard representatives for inspections and approvals throughout the repair process.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract is projected to start on or about January 12, 2027, and end on or about March 23, 2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor's facility, with specific reference to the Cutter’s home port located at 44 L.E. Barry Road, Natchez, MS 39122-8909.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Must be registered in the System for Award Management.
- The opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Relevant experience in shipbuilding and repairing.
- Must demonstrate technical capability and past performance related to similar contracts.
