Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract, with JAG Industrial Services identified on closely related award 70Z08026CPBPL0027 (OLIVER HENRY & MYRTLE HAZARD DS FY-26) valued at $4,853,074 for the period 04/20/26–08/10/26. The prior work is described as dockside repairs and the current scope similarly focuses on vessel maintenance and inspection activities (e.g., electrical system thermographic inspection, ventilation/HVAC cleaning, and deck covering/jointer deck renewal), suggesting the effort may be a continuation of the same type of ship repair work for Coast Guard vessels.
