Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing a contract for drydock repairs for the USCGC ALERT (WMEC 630) as part of their ongoing maintenance and operational readiness efforts. Work Details

- Completing all work in accordance with specifications developed by Celestin Jules, dated October 21, 2025.
- Submitting invoices electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) as per contract guidelines.
- Ensuring that all deliverables required by the contract are received and accepted before final payment is made, with 10% of the total contract price withheld until completion.
