Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking qualified vendors to conduct comprehensive generator inspection and maintenance services at USCG Station Port O'Connor, TX. This contract is a non-personnel services agreement aimed at ensuring the operational reliability of generator systems through regular maintenance and inspections. The goal is to maintain safety and efficiency in the operation of these critical systems, which support the mission of the USCG.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and any other items or services necessary for preventative maintenance service for generator inspection and maintenance. Key tasks include:
1. Development and implementation of a Quality Control Program/Inspection System that includes objectives for quality control, checklists for inspections, procedures for identifying and resolving problems, and methods to monitor quality control.
2. Conducting generator testing and preventative maintenance (PM) including regular inspections and unscheduled testing.
3. Creating a plan that identifies all maintenance assignments for each piece of equipment with an annual schedule for periodic maintenance.
4. Establishing a system to identify and correct deficiencies in service quality before performance becomes unacceptable.
5. Maintaining records of all inspections conducted by the contractor along with corrective actions taken.
6. Compliance with OSHA safety standards and EPA regulations.
7. Performing fuel polishing services annually on the generator's belly tank to ensure fuel meets ASTM standards, including remediation of waste and water bottoms.
8. Providing documentation of all work performed including service manuals and warranty information.
