Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking interested vendors for drydock repairs for the CG STA MARATHON (45616). Work Details

- Inspection of Accessible Spaces
- Cleaning and Inspection of the Diesel Fuel Tank
- Renewal of Non-Watertight Hatches
- Inspection and Adjustment of Watertight Doors and Hatches
- Renewal of Watertight Doors and Hatches
- Removal and Installation of Main Diesel Engine(s) and Reduction Gear(s)
- Alignment of Main Diesel Engine(s) to MEPS Generator(s) and Jet Drive(s)
- Renewal of Hydraulic Oil Cooler, Water Jet
- Inspection and Service of Water Jet
- Renewal of Jet Drive Anodes
- Inspection of Engine Exhaust Piping
- Performance of Electrical Isolation for MEPS
- Renewal of Standard Hoses
- Overhaul of MDE SW Valves
- Renewal of Sea Valves
- Preservation of Water Jet Drive
- Preservation of Underwater Body (100%)
- Renewal of Interior Hull Insulation
- Provision of Marine Chemist Services
- Drydock services
- Provision of Temporary Services
- Support for Sea Trial Performance
- Renewal of Sea Strainer (Copper Alloy)
- Preservation of Bilges
- Renewal of Bridge Windows
- Renewal of Main Diesel Engines Crankshaft and Oil Pan Seals/Gaskets.
