USCG STA Marathon (45616) FY26 Drydock Repairs   2

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this solicitation for drydock repairs at the USCG Station Marathon. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the vessel is maintained in a seaworthy condition, which aligns with the agency's mission to protect and save lives on the water. This solicitation includes specifications and requirements necessary for the completion of the drydock repairs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the drydock repairs of the USCG vessel. Key tasks include:
1. Conducting a thorough inspection of the vessel's hull and systems prior to repair work.
2. Performing necessary repairs as identified during inspections, including but not limited to hull maintenance, painting, and system checks.
3. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards throughout the repair process.
4. Providing documentation of all work completed, including inspection reports and compliance certifications.
5. Coordinating with USCG personnel to schedule work and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from July 6, 2026, to October 5, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at USCG Station Marathon located at 1800 Overseas Hwy., Marathon, FL 33050.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in performing similar drydock repairs within the last two years and provide three past performance references. Additionally, bidders must have an active status in compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards.
