USCG Response Boat - Small - Demonstrator   6

For clarification: All references to paper proposals and paper copies have been removed from the RFP in Amendment 0006. Each proposal must be submitted electronically.

The proposal due date is November 21, 2025. Volumes I and II must be submitted through DoD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/). Each offeror must request a DoD SAFE drop from William E. Lewis (william.e.lewis3@uscg.mil) no later than five (5) working days prior to the proposal due date. Requests for DoD SAFE must be submit before close of business on November 17, 2025.

Proposals emailed directly to William E. Lewis will not be considered. Please follow the instructions provided in Part V, Section 4 Proposal Submission.

A00006 -

The following changes have been updated to the RFP:

1. Attachment 1 - RB-S-Demonstrator Requirements Document A00006 has been updated. Revision is to Section 25 for AIS
requirements. Boat will be required to have an AIS, but specific make and model is no longer required; and

2. Part V - Addendum 52.212-1 Solicitation Provisions A00006 has been updated. Removed language related to paper format.
Each proposal will be submitted electronically. Please follow the instructions in Part V - Section 4 - Proposal Submission.
