USCG Reliability Centered Maintenance, CG Bus Intelligence Program Support MRAS

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Plans, Metrics, and Business Analysis (DCMS-55) is seeking contractor technical support for their Coast Guard Business Intelligence (CGBI) system. The purpose of this contract is to provide functional and technical expertise and support for the CGBI system, including user support, consulting, and training services. The contractor will assist in improving and expanding current support services, developing new instructional tools, and ensuring the stability and consistency of the learning environment provided to USCG personnel. The contract will require the contractor to provide user support sessions, targeted virtual support sessions, support materials management, community-specific packages, instructor lesson plans, and data visualization support material development and services. The primary place of performance is the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters building in Washington, DC.

The contractor will be responsible for providing user support for the CGBI system, including onsite classroom support, specialized workshops, ad-hoc tailored assistance/technical assistance, and virtual support. They will also develop targeted virtual support sessions that focus on specific user communities within the Coast Guard. Additionally, the contractor will review and make recommendations for updates and improvements to CGBI support materials. They will develop community-specific packages tailored to specific user communities and instructor lesson plans for CGBI support. The contractor will also develop user support materials and services for enterprise data visualization tools.

The contract will require travel beyond the local commuting area of Washington, DC to provide support sessions at various locations. The contractor will be reimbursed for travel expenses in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations. The government will review all deliverables within fifteen business days of receipt and provide comments/revisions to the contractor. The contractor must establish a quality assurance program to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with the contract requirements.
