Description

JAMES DS FQ FY26 The Contractor shall perform dockside repairs to the United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) JAMES (WMSL- 754) in accordance with this solicitation, specifications and with each issued Task Order. Scope of work shall include all ship maintenance repair, and associated support work as required to repair USCGC JAMES, to be specified via task order. Ordering period for this contract will be from date of award through 7 April 2026. First task order's period of performance will be from 14 January 2026 through 7 April 2026. Place of performance will be at the cutter's home port in North Charleston, South Carolina. Funds will be awarded with each task order and will be subject to the availability of funds. See ATTACHMENT B - Pricing Schedule USCGC JAMES (WMSL-754).

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this solicitation for dockside repairs to the USCG Cutter JAMES (WMSL-754). The goal of the contract is to ensure that the cutter is maintained and repaired in accordance with specified requirements, supporting the operational readiness of the vessel.

The contract will be executed through task orders, with funding subject to availability.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform dockside repairs to the USCGC JAMES (WMSL-754) as specified in this solicitation and each issued Task Order. The scope of work includes all ship maintenance repair and associated support work required for the repair of USCGC JAMES. Specific tasks include:
- Air Conditioning Plants: Groom
- Side Boat Davit: Renew
- Fire Detection System: Inspect and Test
- Folding Boom Cranes: Biennial Maintenance, Perform
- Potable Water Pneumatic Tanks: Clean and Inspect
- Stern Boat Launch and Recovery: Level II
- Tanks (Aviation Fuel Service): Clean and Inspect
- Tanks (Aviation Fuel Stowage and Overflow): Clean and Inspect
- Tanks (Potable Water): Clean and Inspect
- Fire Prevention: Provide.

The detailed pricing schedule is outlined in ATTACHMENT B - Pricing Schedule USCGC JAMES (WMSL-754).

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this contract will be from the date of award through April 7, 2026. The first task order's period of performance will be from January 14, 2026, through April 7, 2026.

Place of Performance
The place of performance will be at the cutter's home port in North Charleston, South Carolina.
