Background
The purpose of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to obtain Contractor support, to include integration, sustainment, and development of the Coast Guard Intelligence Enterprise (CGIE) for the Intelligence Data Service and the Cloud Support Services for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Intelligence Coordination Center and the Intelligence Information Systems Processing Center (I2SPC). The Intelligence Data Service is composed of a central repository of data and a collection of additional system components that utilizes the system infrastructure and data. The Intelligence Data Service is integral to delivering data services for seven (7) key objectives for USCG Intelligence.

Work Details
The tasks include providing development, operations and maintenance support to on premise and Cloud Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret level Classified Systems Engineering and Systems Operations Support environment. The contractor shall ensure operational support, engineering support for enhancements to and new development of software that supports each environment; and system maintenance support to ensure that the systems maintain the highest standards of cyber hygiene and vendor compliance with established cyber security best business practices.
