NOTE: Due to the short construction season in Kodiak, Alaska this solicitation has an expedited timeline.

This is a solicitation RFP for a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract (SATOC) for professional construction services - paving.

Construction Services to be provided under this contract are described in the Section C,
and as further specifically defined in each individual task order as it is negotiated. The contractor shall provide construction services paving at the rates delineated herein.

Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary for the Kodiak Island Paving Replacement and Repairs Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity construction contract in support of USCG Base Support (BSU) Kodiak, Alaska in accordance with this solicitation and the attached specifications.

Background
This is a solicitation RFP for a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract (SATOC) for professional construction services - paving. The contract is in support of USCG Base Support Unit (BSU) Kodiak, Alaska. The purpose of this contract is to establish a framework upon which the Contractor will perform miscellaneous pavement & associated repairs at U.S. Coast Guard Base Support Unit (BSU) Kodiak, Alaska.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary for paving repairs and replacement in support of USCG Base Support Unit (BSU) Kodiak, AK. The minimum total of all orders shall be $10,000.00 over the life of the contract. The maximum total of this contract is $10,000,000.00, or 5 years, whichever comes first. The contract will include a Base Year and four (4) one-year options.
Yearly rates, indirect costs rates and escalation rates will be negotiated after receipt of proposal.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance begins at award through September 30, 2023.

Place of Performance
The work under this contract is located at USCG Base Kodiak, Alaska.
