Background
The United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) Athletic Division requires transportation services for athletes to away contests and offsite practice locations. The contract will be awarded as a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The solicitation number is 70Z02322RPBB10800. The proposed acquisition is 100% full and open competition.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide transportation services for athletes to away contests and offsite practice locations. Specific requirements are specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment I). Anticipated schedules are detailed in section 2.2.7 of the SOW. Task orders will define specific delivery schedules.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure shall be for three (3), one (1) year ordering periods. The hourly rates and multi-day rates proposed in Attachment A will be incorporated into the contract upon award. Each ordering period will be one (1) year in length.
