Description

The United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Logistics and Engineering Directorate is seeking a contractor to provide three full-time equivalents for the Strategic Logistics Assessment Cell. The contractor will be responsible for producing a quarterly Theater Logistics Assessment (TLA) that assesses CENTCOM's ability to execute its assigned missions from a logistics perspective. The TLA will incorporate data from various sources and use objective metrics with quantifiable measures of performance. The contractor will also brief the TLA and any recommended mitigation actions to senior leaders at quarterly Joint Logistics Coordination Boards. The contract has a one-year base period with four one-year options and the option to extend services for up to 6 months.

The primary place of performance will be at the contractor's site or at USG facilities on MacDill Air Force Base, Florida if required. Contractor personnel must have an active SECRET clearance and maintain it for the duration of the contract. The contractor will be responsible for safeguarding all USG equipment, information, and property provided for their use. They must comply with all USCENTCOM physical, information, and operational security regulations.

The contractor must provide a dedicated Program Manager, Technical Lead, and trained analysts to support the program. They must also submit monthly status reports for all completed and in-progress actions. The contractor's work products must meet the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement and be suitable to support analysis. The contractor's personnel must possess the skills needed to perform the required tasks within two weeks of processing to USCENTCOM.
