USCENTCOM Communication Integration Support (CCCI) 1 Month Bridge for May

Background
This justification is for an exception to fair opportunity for a one-month bridge extension action to Task Order FA481421F0191 for Communication Integration Support Services for the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). The agency requires these services to maintain critical public affairs operations during an ongoing protest related to a previously awarded follow-on task order.

The goal of this contract is to ensure uninterrupted support for CENTCOM's mission execution and strategic communications.

Work Details
The Headquarters, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) requires critical public affairs support services, which include:

- Strategic communications planning
- Media engagement and press coordination
- Senior leader communication support
- Operational messaging synchronization
- Policy communication advisory services.

These services are essential for CENTCOM's mission execution and synchronized Department of War messaging across a dynamic operationally sensitive Area of Responsibility. The proposed bridge action will cover the following roles for one month: Program Manager, JOC Media Analyst, Planning Officer, Media Operations Officer, Social Media and Website Content Manager, Photojournalist, Website Designer, Regional Social Media Specialists (Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Russian, Hebrew, Turkish), Administrative Assistant, Assessment Specialist, Senior Executive Assistant, Contract Access Fee (CAF), Graphic Designer.
