Background
The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is responsible for conducting and supporting special operations.

The Special Operations Mission Training Center (SOMTC) is a key component of USASOC, located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Its mission is to conduct individual and collective training for the USASOC operating and generating force, including Joint Special Operations Forces, to prepare Special Operations Forces (SOF) for successful operations across the full spectrum of military engagements. This contract aims to provide necessary personnel and services to support SOMTC's training objectives.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and resources necessary to perform non-personal services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Conducting Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX) for 1st Special Forces Command and USASOC, ensuring 100% of scheduled exercises are conducted.
2. Providing Information Technology support including network administration, systems administration, desktop support, and cybersecurity.
3. Managing facilities including physical security, logistics, supply management, and maintenance issues at SOMTC facilities.
4. Supporting venue management for various training events held at SOMTC facilities.
5. Developing exercise frameworks that integrate advanced technologies and simulate complex operational environments.
6. Maintaining a digital library of exercise frameworks and scenarios for future use.
7. Ensuring interoperability between simulations and C5ISR systems during training events.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one-month phase-in period followed by a base year of 12 months with seven additional 12-month option periods.
