USASOC Preservation of the Force Requirement   3

Background
The contract is for the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Resiliency Program. The POTFF program aims to address the strain of the high pace environment and mission on the special operations force by providing accessibility and continuity of care and family support services. The contract will be a centrally managed program at the division-level headquarters to equip the subordinate units to execute their training that falls under the constraints of the programs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide event planning coordination services, including event venue locations, food and beverage services, childcare services, and audio and visual services in support of POTFF events. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform event planning, coordination, and logistical support. The events are defined as in-person events occurring at an event venue location with meeting space secured for a minimum of 10 families and a maximum of 150 families with childcare services for children ranging from 10 to 150 children. The contractor shall provide Event Manager/Planners responsible for logistics planning of the training event.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base year and four ordering periods. The contract has a minimum guarantee of two task orders and a maximum of 30 task orders per ordering period. Attendees per event can vary widely, with an average of 10-150 families per event. The contract has potential to increase by up to 10-15%.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at various USASOC unit locations nationwide.
