Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox, on behalf of U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), is requesting a firm-fixed contract for the procurement of a single award IDIQ to support printing perforated window film graphics as well as providing the non-personal ancillary service(s) such as coordination, installing and /or removing window film for 615 USAREC Recruiting offices.

Background
The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox, on behalf of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), is seeking a firm-fixed contract for the procurement of a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to support the printing of perforated window film graphics.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services such as coordination, installation, and removal of window film for 615 USAREC Recruiting offices across various locations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for creating, coordinating, installing, and/or removing perforated window film graphics at existing USARD Single Service Recruiting facilities.

The work includes:
- Conducting pre-production site surveys
- Coordinating with Battalion points of contact
- Creating window graphics using government-provided images
- Installing and/or removing window graphics.

The estimated quantity is 205 each for the base ordering period from September 2025 through August 2026, with similar quantities for two option years extending through August 2028. Each facility has an estimated square footage of 240 square feet. The contractor must also remove existing graphics and clean surfaces prior to installation.

Period of Performance
Base ordering period from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026; Option Year One from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027; Option Year Two from September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at approximately 615 storefront locations as specified in Technical Exhibit C.
