Background
The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Fort Liberty, North Carolina, has a requirement to procure Education Support Services required by Army Continuing Education System (ACES). These services will be provided within (14) fourteen education offices located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), to include Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Work Details
The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Fort Liberty, North Carolina, has issued a Sources Sought Notice for the procurement of Education Support Services required by the Army Continuing Education System (ACES). The notice emphasizes that this is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP). It also states that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. The notice encourages all small businesses in various socioeconomic categories to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Additionally, it specifies that the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids, or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. Interested parties are requested to provide detailed information regarding their firm, previous experience, interest in competing for the requirement as a prime contractor or not, subcontracting arrangements, pricing information, and recommendations to improve the approach/specifications/draft SOW. Responses should be submitted no later than 4:00PM EST on 05 APRIL 2024.
