Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 72038321R00004 - USAID/Sri Lanka and Maldives Climate Change Adaptation Activity.

The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to Sri Lanka in Colombo (USAID/Sri Lanka and Maldives), is hereby requesting a proposal as described in Section C/Attachment J.1 Statement of Objectives (SOO) of this RFP. It is anticipated that one (1) Cost Plus Fixed Fee completion-type Contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP), covering a performance period of sixty (60) months from the date of award of the Contract and subject to the availability of funds.

You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements of the enclosed RFP No.72038321R00004. Questions and proposals must be received by the time on the due date stated in the RFP.

Failure to comply with the submission date will deem any submission unacceptable and it will not be reviewed or evaluated. USAID may consolidate and/or not respond to questions/comments and will publicly post all responses as an amendment to this RFP.

All amendments to this solicitation will be issued and posted on the https://beta.sam.gov/ website. Offerors are encouraged to check this website periodically. USAID bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes.

This RFP in no way obligates USAID to award a contract nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Award of a contract under this RFP is subject to availability of funds and other internal USAID approvals.

RFP Amendment 1: The purpose of this Amendment No. 01 is to make revisions in Sections of the RFP and provide answers to the questions received.

RFP Amendment 2: The purpose of this Amendment No. 02 is to provide answers to additional questions not included in Amendment 01.
