Background
The purpose of this amendment # 1 is to make material changes to the original solicitation and provide responses to questions. The USAID Senegal WASH Services contract aims to support new organizations that do not have the resources and experience to identify other sources of funding at the outset of the grant.

Work Details
The work involves engaging a local sub-partner to lead Objective 4, with the expectation that exclusive partnering agreements are prohibited.
The offeror should propose indicators that demonstrate progressive transition of responsibility for funds management and implementation to the sub-partner over the course of the activity.
The contract also includes detailed tasks related to sanitation and water products/services, access to basic sanitation and drinking water services, and engagement with local partners.
