Background
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Cambodia is seeking proposals from U.S. or non-U.S. non-profit or for-profit organizations to achieve the objectives set forth in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID/Cambodia anticipates awarding one cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) completion form contract with a period of performance of 5 years. The authorized geographic code is 937. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR Chapter 1).

Work Details
The USAID Morodok Baitang activity seeks to contribute to the mitigation of carbon emissions at a national scale, conserve biodiversity, increase economic growth, and promote inclusive natural resource governance. It will build on past and current USAID/Cambodia investments in emissions reductions and biodiversity conservation; community income generation from ecotourism, carbon credits, and wildlife-friendly agricultural practices; and natural resource governance. The activity will reorient USAID’s environmental programming beyond landscapes approaches and will add market-based approaches as a primary focus. The expected period of performance for USAID Morodok Baitang is five years.
