This solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to acquire the services of qualified construction firms to carry out new construction and/or renovations for the various types of projects implemented by USAID/Mozambique. With third party oversight provided by USAID's Architecture and Engineering (A&E) services contractor, the contractor will execute work in accordance with the contract provisions.
