USAID Linguistic Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (LSBPA)

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has a need for linguistic services to support work in Washington, DC and missions abroad. Linguistic services include interpretation, transcription, translation, and validation. Such activities may include the translation of all manner of documents (written and electronic) and the content of video and/or audio media, in-person and virtual meetings. Source material will contain legal, business, public administrative, medical, scientific, historical financial, geographical and culturally-specific terminology and concepts, including those dealing with technology as used in the sciences (chemical, physical, cyber, etc.). The specialized terminology used to express concepts in any of the given subject areas vary considerably from everyday usage in any of the required languages. USAID intends to award at least two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as a result of this RFQ for a 1-year base and 4 1-year options period of performance.
