The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide technical assistance and support to USAID/Ghana's Economic Growth Office to support their Feed the Future Ghana Fisheries Recovery Activity. This activity's primary goal is to mitigate the near-collapse of the small pelagic fisheries sector in Ghana and establish a durable basis for its recovery. USAID/Ghana anticipates awarding one Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion type contract for an anticipated five-year period. The overall total estimated cost of this award is up to $19.5 million, subject to availability of funds.
