USAID/ EGYPT FACILITIES, OPERATIONS, CUSTODIAL AND SUPPLIES (FOCS)   2

Purpose of the contract: The purpose of this contract is to allow the contractor to provide services for USAID/Egypt as follows:

1) Operational and maintenance services to USAID/Egypt's office building which include: maintaining and servicing building operation systems, procurement of maintenance related supplies and on a limited basis, similar maintenance on residences in Maadi. The contractor also will provide oversight of utilities payment for the NOB and residences, maintenance of facility equipment, furniture re-positioning and other related tasks.

2) Custodial and gardening services for USAID NOB.

3) Small Scale Expendable Property (EXP) management, office mail delivery, document reproduction and records management.
