Amendment 2

The purposes of this amendment are:
1. To provide the link to the USAID/Burma Private Sector Development Activity (PSDA) Fourth Annual Report and USAID/Burma Transparency and Inclusive Growth Activity (TIGA) Quarterly Report (Fiscal Year 2020, Quarter 1); and,
2. To revise the solicitation language for Contractor Past Performance Information.
Specific changes are detailed on Page 2 of this Amendment as attached.

Amendment 1

The purposes of this Amendment are:
1. To respond to questions received regarding the solicitation as detailed in Attachment 1-Part I of this Amendment; and,
2. To revise the solicitation as detailed in Attachment I - Part II of this Amendment.

Specific changes are detailed from pages 1 to 17 of this Amendment as attached.

Original RFP

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals from non-profit or for-profit organizations, to provide technical and support services for the USAID/Burma Responsible Investment and Trade Activity (RITA) as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). RITA is a new activity.

USAID anticipates awarding a single cost-plus-award-fee (CPAF) completion type contract with a period of performance of five years. The maximum amount of the contract (including costs and fee) is estimated to fall within the range of $17 million to $19 million. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures as described in Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
