The Advancing Learning Outcomes in Africa (ALOA) procurement opportunity aims to provide analytical and implementation support services to USAID missions in the sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region and the Africa Regional Bureau (AFR/SD) Education team. The purpose is to assist with designing, implementing, and evaluating a full range of education programming, including early childhood education, basic and secondary education, workforce development, and higher education. The activity will address the USAID Education Policy priority of increasing access to quality education for marginalized and vulnerable populations in the SSA region.
