Background
The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) is seeking proposals for landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the George A. Moore Jr. Kuwait Transmitting Station located in Mutlaa, Kuwait.

The goal of this contract is to maintain the operational environment of the transmitting station, ensuring proper vegetation control and a safe facility condition.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services, including:

1. Maintaining all landscaped areas such as grass, shrubbery, trees, and garden areas in a clean and professional condition.

2. Performing tasks such as grass cutting, pruning, trimming, watering, fertilization, weed control, pest and disease control, and removal of dry or damaged vegetation.

3. Removing accumulated sand, weeds, and debris from the asphalt-lined perimeter ditch and adjacent berm areas to support proper drainage and site safety.

4. Collecting, handling, transporting, and disposing of all landscaping debris in compliance with local regulations.

5. Providing necessary vehicles and equipment for waste handling and ensuring all work complies with local laws and safety requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple years with a base period from September 30, 2026 to September 29, 2027, followed by four option years extending through September 29, 2031.

Place of Performance
Kuwait Transmitting Station located in Mutlaa, Kuwait.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in landscaping services with references from past performance over the last five years. They must also provide evidence of necessary licenses and permits required by law to perform the work.
