Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity for USAG pressure washing at Fort Bragg and surrounding installations appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award W9124721P0010, awarded to Horizon Solution Company for $782,100 (07/01/21–12/31/26). The prior contract is described as “Pressure Washing Services – Fort Bragg, NC,” and the current requirement similarly calls for non-personal pressure washing of external facilities (including buildings, bridges, and tanks) with removal of contaminants such as dirt, oils, and graffiti under safety/environmental/security protocols. The overlap in location and the core scope of pressure washing maintenance orders suggests the new effort may be a continuation or follow-on of the same type of work.

This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide comprehensive pressure washing services across various external facilities, buildings, bridges, and tanks at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and its surrounding installations including Pope Army Airfield, Camp MacKall, and Linden Oaks. Under this contract, the contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and approved materials necessary to execute scheduled and demand-driven maintenance orders to remove deeply embedded contaminants, dirt, oils, and graffiti. All operations must be executed in strict compliance with the safety, environmental, and security protocols outlined in the Performance Work Statement to preserve structural integrity and improve overall facility appearance.
