Background
The USAG Grafenwoehr is seeking a contractor to provide shuttle bus transportation services for the 65th German-American Volksfest. This event aims to facilitate safe transportation for visitors between designated locations and the festival site, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The contract emphasizes adherence to host nation laws and the provision of quality service during the event.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide sixteen (16) buses with drivers for shuttle services from July 31 to August 2, 2026. Specific tasks include:
1. Providing three (3) buses from Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr PX/Commissary to the Volksfest site and back.
2. Providing five (5) buses from Rose Barracks Vilseck PX/Commissary to the Volksfest site and back.
3. Providing eight (8) buses from Camp Kasserine customer parking lot to the Volksfest site and back.

All buses must be in good working order, comply with German road traffic laws, and be free of significant damage. The Contractor is responsible for all maintenance, fuel expenses, licensing, insurance of drivers, and ensuring that all personnel complete required training such as Anti-Terrorism Level I Training and OPSEC Training within specified timeframes.
