The primary service and objective of the ASDS is to transport intratheater cargo within the AFRICOM AOR and Egypt. The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources including logistics support and management to perform surface transport and distribution of cargo within all the countries (currently 55) within the AFRICOM AOR and Egypt. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary licenses and permits required to operate in the applicable ASDS countries and shall comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations within each of those countries in connection with the execution of the contract Task Orders.
