Description

United States Air Force Academy requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement for bus transportation, (charter coaches & school buses of various passenger capacity), on demand to meet USAFA mission requirements. This is in addition to existing agreements with various compnaies providing 10 LRS with multiple sources to meet transportation needs.

Background
The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement for bus transportation services, including charter coaches and school buses of various passenger capacities, to meet USAFA mission requirements. This is in addition to existing agreements with various companies providing 10 LRS with multiple sources to meet transportation needs.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform all necessary services and maintain all vehicles in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and in compliance with commercial standards, local, state, and federal law requirements. The contractor shall provide bus and coach charter services for United States Air Force Academy requirements as defined and requested by Ground Transportation. Safety regulations, scheduling and cancellation policies, vehicle standards, and maintenance responsibilities are also outlined in the SOW.
