1. This letter is FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY to update offerors regarding solicitation No. FA7000-17-R-0012, pertaining to the USAFA CE BMS requirement.
a. Due to the length of time required for solicitation review and delays due to the holidays, the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) will tentatively be released to industry approximately 19 January 2018.
b. Additionally, the pre-proposal conference and site visit that was tentatively scheduled for 17 - 18 January 2018 has been postponed to 6 - 7 February 2018. Details will be included in the Final RFP.
c. The Final RFP will be posted to www.fbo.gov.
2. DO NOT SUBMIT comments at this time.
3. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
4. Any questions should be submitted to Ms. Karen Jackson at karen.jackson.13@us.af.mil.
